So since I hope to make this fundraiser as big as I possibly can I will need a lot of help so I am going to make a few groups that people can join so they can help in that area of the fundraiser.
Sponsors:
If you decide to help in this group you will try to help find sponsors, for the raffle. They can donate what they choose and as little or as much as they choose. We are looking for a lot of big sponsors but smaller sponsors are important to because the more sponsors than the more prizes we have for the raffle, which in turn makes people enter. I hope to have all the sponsors lined up by May 1 2011 so then we can start selling raffle tickets. So please keep me updated if you get any sponsors.
Entertainment:
If you decide to help in this group you will try to think of ideas for entertainment, I will try to get the DJ from last year and I'm thinking of facepainting for the kids. So if this group could try to think of more entertainment for kids/families that would be great. So we can get it lined up for the fundraiser.
Volunteers:
If you decide to be in this group you will try to help find volunteers because if it because as big as I hope then we will need a good amount of volunteers. Especially since were doing a car wash and the raffle.
Then when we do have the raffle tickets we will need a lot of people to sell them.
